MSCB 2022 Convention Online Registration

"Zooming Ahead"

Come and join us for the 2022 convention of the Mountain State Council of the Blind. Convention dates are Friday, September 30 and Saturday, October 1.  All registered attendees will receive the Zoom information to interact with the exhibitors and presenters, and be eligible to win a door prize.

Our program contains various presenters who will leave us with tips on how we can zoom ahead into the future without losing the lessons we have learned in the past.  Speakers include Clayton Burch, superintendent of the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and Blind, representatives from several Pharmaceutical companies, Kevin Maynus from the West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services, Eric Bridges, Executive Director of the American Council of the Blind, and much more.

Our Convention schedule is as follows:
NOTE: All times are Eastern Time, and all sessions will be streamed on ACB Media unless otherwise noted.

Friday, September 30: beginning at 6:00 PM Eastern Time:

Exhibitor presentations and a trivia game you won't want to miss.

Saturday, October 1:

9:00 AM until noon: Program speakers.
1:00 PM to 3:00 PM: Program speakers and exhibitors.
3:30 to 5:30 PM: MSCB business meeting, (not streamed), for MSCB members only.
6:30 to 8:00 PM: Banquet, including Eric Bridges, ACB Executive Director.
8:00 PM: Live bagpipe music by .

You will be given the option to be a convention sponsor, and 50 percent of monies raised through sponsorships will go into our scholarship and technology grant funds.  REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS September 29 AT NOON EASTERN TIME.
