Join us in Martinsburg, WV for a fun-filled convention weekend.

Highlights include:

• Exciting presenters are being planned, along with
• ACB's keynote speaker, Kolby Garrison: Accessibility Consulting & Compliance Services Coordinator, American Council of the Blind
• Also included, an exhibit hall on Friday afternoon from 3 to 5 pm, and 
• Live music at 7 pm from past American Idol contestant, Christian Evans.
• Friday night will also include a silent ticket auction. Buy as many tickets as you want and put them in the items box you want the most!
• Please do not worry; we will still have the live auction on Saturday night, after the banquet.

•  Hotel rate $129 per night (breakfast included). Call 304-267-5500 to book your room by the room block cutoff date of September 10th. 
• NOTE: Payment options include Square, Zelle, or check.  However, if paying by Square, please consider adding $5 to your total to help us cover fees.  
• Completed registration of $70 includes Saturday lunch and banquet, as well as complimentary T-shirt if pre-registered by September 10th. You will choose your size in the form below.
• Banquet as a guest is $35. Speaker, no charge.
• "Dinner on your own" with the group at the restaurant Friday at 5 PM.
• If you would like to attend the taco-bar lunch on Friday with students' seminar; there is an additional charge of $13.
• Saturday lunch you will choose:
  • Chicken Caesar Salad, Chicken Salad Pinwheels, or Roasted Turkey Sandwich
• Saturday dinner banquet you will choose:
  • Harvest Chicken, London Broil, or Vegetable Lasagna

CONVENTION REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS: September 10

Individual convention sponsor levels are: 

• Bigfoot: $200 and above
• Mothman: $100
• Flatwoods Monster: $50
• The Grafton Monster: $25
• Bat Boy: $10
