MSCB dues are paid on a calendar year basis.  In order to update our records, it is important to complete a Membership Form either online below, or download and print the Membership Form and make your Payment using one of the following ways.
  1. Mail a check/money order to MSCB Treasurer, 100 Woodland Terrace, Morgantown, WV 26505,
  2. Call MSCB Treasurer Josh Metz at (304) 319-0310, or email to treasurer@mscbwv.org,
  3. Or pay online with credit/debit card, or your PayPal account. The Pay Now Button is available after completing the below Online Membership Application and hitting the Continue button.
To complete the below online form mark the appropriate dues, making sure to fill in the format preferences and visual status for each person, etc.  After hitting the Continue button you will be given the option to contact the Treasurer or use the Online Payment button method.
