The following guidelines detail the process and requirements for receiving monetary stipends from MSCB to attend the ACB DC Leadership:

  3. Only first-time attendees are eligible for assistance.
  4. Members who have received an ACB Scholarship, an ACB First Timers Award, or a Fellow Leadership Award are not eligible for this assistance.
  5. Financial assistance will be divided equally among recipients and will not exceed a maximum of $350 per individual. If there is more than one recipient, the money will be split accordingly; only two may apply.
  6. Applications for financial assistance must be received by March 1.
